Reina Lajara, M.D.

Dr. Reina Lajara was born in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, and graduated with honors in Medicine in 1996 from the University Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health (Epidemiology) and graduated from the Ponce Medical School in Puerto Rico.

With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Lajara has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive medical care and assisting underserved communities. She frequently participates in international medical mission trips, offering aid to low-income individuals across different countries.

Her vocation is driven by the belief that medicine is a gift that allows her to apply her knowledge to improve the lives of others. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
